Reliable Play-Based Daycare at The School House Early Learning Centre Our daycare uses the play-based approach to learning. Children learn primarily through play-based activities. We design our curriculum for the play-based environment, focusing on each child's interests and needs. We believe that learning happens in many areas and at various developmental stages during their day at the School House Daycare. During our daycare hours, children can participate in various activities based on their developmental stage and personal interests. We use observation to make informed assessments that allow us to apply them to our Early Learning for Every Child Today developmental milestones. Every day, we emphasize the use of the Ontario Curriculum in our daycare environment. We create our curriculum based on the guidelines provided by the curriculum.
