Zane R. Handysides

Zane Richard Handysides holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Laws. He graduated from the University of Windsor in 2001. Zane was admitted to the bar in 2003 and has been practicing family law exclusively. His experience as a trial lawyer includes successful cases at the Ontario Court of Justice (Northwest Region) as well as the Superior Court of Justice. Zane is an experienced negotiator and mediator of separation and marriage agreements. He has also successfully prosecuted and defended applications for custody, access, and division of property. Zane uses common sense to solve problems and educate his clients about the law and legal process. He empowers his clients to make informed decisions regarding their cases. He partners with professionals in finance and accounting to handle complex financial matters in divorce. He understands that family law litigation is expensive and works hard to ensure the client gets the most for his or her money spent on legal services.
