As a trainer and owner of standardbred racehorses, I was involved for many years. My first job was as an equine veterinarian in 1997. I worked in all aspects of the practice from ordering supplies and horse care to accounting receivables. This was where I learned to pay attention to details and observed changes in pets' daily lives to learn more about their health. To be near my family, I moved back to Woodstock in 2015. I founded Pets N People. Pet Sitters International allows me to keep up with the changes and access information about pet behavior and health. PSI is where I received my certification in Pet First Aid.
