BUYER BEWARE. I’ve worked with many contractors in my life. None have come close to how bad this outfit is. This company has a culture of finding anyway to cheat their clients. The quality of work is beyond substandard and overpriced for what they deliver. Our project was budgeted at $88k; it ended costing $180k. Floors were built uneven, ducts were left open between floors. Drywall was installed without proper insulation. And so much more. And if you ever dare complain about the poor quality work or lack of supervision or progress they will threaten to walk off, leave your house in shambles and put a lean on your house if you don’t like it. They even charged us to correct their mistakes. We had no choice, we felt like hostages. The worse they did their job, the more money they would made. In a negotiation to get them to just finish and to get them out of our lives, they put as a condition that we sign a document that said we are entirely satisfied with the work. Of course we would not sign a document that was a lie. In the end we had to accept a kitchen floor that was uneven by 1 1/2 inches; they invoiced us for the last $5k on a Friday and put a lean on our house the next Monday. When we expressed our shock that they would do this, their answer was that it was normal for them to do this and that it is in their right to do it. Don’t believe the positive rating. We were fooled by this as well. Many of the positive reviews here are planted by them or fake. Consider yourself lucky that you read this review. We just saved yourself an absolute nightmare.
