My experience with them has been a regrettable one. They have nothing special to offer to you aside helping you fill your forms and creating an express entry profile. After Thikeep sweet talks you and you make payments, he becomes unavailable and directs you to one so called case manager. Before you make payments, he is readily available and after they receive your hard-earned money you don't see him again. This firm basically know that with your age and the information you provide to them that it's not enough to qualify they will still go ahead and say you qualify. There's nothing they offer that will help you increase your CRS score. Companies hardly invites foreigners for interviews. Most of the provinces require a job offer letter in order to be selected or to boost your CRS score. All they do with your $2,000 is just to open an express entry profile for you and leave you there hanging. They do nothing extra to enhance your chances of qualification. We regret ever using them and not doing due diligence before allowing my wife to engage them in her immigration process. My advice for anyone is to just create an express entry yourself and provide all the necessary documents which are needed. Good luck
