Douek.ca – Researchers found out that there are only a few online platforms that offer content in the English language about real estate and housing in Quebec. Douek Apartments is a family-owned company based in Montreal and offers home to beautifully managed apartments in small communities. We worked on the Montreal real estate market when the city was rapidly developing. We have become a boutique apartment management powerhouse. Our first step into the multi-residential housing market was in 1993 with 3871 Rue Beaubien est. Rosemont (Pictured). Douek Textiles Inc. was our first and only textile distributor. The Chabanel “schmatta” business was eventually slowing down. We migrated fully to property management and investment. Currently, Douek Industries Canada inc. manages twenty properties in Montreal and Toronto. Our direction is about unique and beautifully renovated apartments in prime locations.
