PAS FIABLE, À ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT, TRAITEMENT ANNULÉ SANS RAISON. J'ai vu Dr Sylvain Gagnon pour Invisalign, il m'a fait un plan de traitement sur 2 ans avec une entente de paiement de plus de 10,000$ en m'envoyant faire de la greffe de gencive et détartrage. À mon retour du dentiste le mois suivant, le Dr Gagnon m'annonce finalement qu'il a changé d'idée et n'a "pas le temps" de me faire un suivi et renonce au traitement.
Incroyablement irrespectueux et non-professionnel de s'avancer avec un plan de traitement de 2 ans pour ensuite se désister et m'annoncer la nouvelle 2 jours avant Noël. Si il y avait un réel manque de temps, pourquoi ne pas l'avoir dit au début avant de m'envoyer faire des traitements et me faire payer des frais inutiles ?
Si vous planifiez dépenser 10,000$ sur un traitement Invisalign, trouvez une clinique respectueuse qui ne va pas vous faire niaiser, surtout quand le prix est beaucoup plus cher qu'ailleurs. Sinon la même chose pourrait vous arriver et Dr Gagnon pourrait décider n'importe quand qu'il n'a pas assez de temps pour vous !
