Outstanding inspection experience as a first time buyer. Pantellis works with so much passion and dedication beyond expectations. He uses latest technology devices such as drones and multiple detectors for potential defects not visible to the eye. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and after inspection & report took the time to go through every single detail. He’s bold and doesn’t let realtors influence his work. Moreover he was able to detect some key defects that previous inspectors did not. 100% recommended, bravo, good work!!
