Business Data Analytics (BDA) is the mix of tools and techniques to analyse data in order to get actionable business insight. Data-driven decision for companies has become a reality. All decision-makers must learn to make data-driven decisions today. Data-driven decision culture will enable companies to make faster decisions, reduce conflicts, and have an edge over other organisations (Xu, 2020). However, the Business Analytics skill gap has increased substantially in recent years due to the widespread adoption of analytics within organisations worldwide. The Business Data Analytics for Managers Program was developed to help managers and young professionals at every level in the organisation to obtain a high-quality business analytics education. The business analytics programme uses a simple case approach and Excel to teach business analytics. It shows that data analysis does not require advanced technology like machine learning or big data and that managers can make data-driven decisions using simple tools and smart questions. They may be able to figure out who their clients are and what products to create (Xu, 2020).
