Reliable In 2013, MELK Café Stanley opened its first café with a goal to provide specialty coffees in a warm, inclusive atmosphere. We realized that our commitment as an employer is to our employees. All can be done with and through our workers. We are always happy to work with coffee farmers who are passionate about regenerative farming and their community. There are two reasons. First, workers in the coffee industry suffer exposure to harmful chemicals and work in tough conditions. Second, organic farming protects them from pesticides and synthetic fertilizers and helps us protect our farm's biodiversity and the planet. Additionally, businesses allow the coffee farmer to sell his product at a premium price by being unique on the global market.
