I want to say a big Thank you to Charlie and his team for their excellent service. It is been overall more than 10 years I bring my car to their shop and never had a problem.

Great staff, very efficient especially during the seasonal rushes. They go over and above. Most places will do the bare minimum and push you out merely to increase flow and revenue. However at Merson's they check your suspension, and check out nooks and crannies. When there is a problem at hand they notify the customer as soon as possible. If they can't do it, then they will refer you to a place just as trustworthy as they are.
