Nite Life Limo Customer Feedback Summary: The service was horrible with no AC, we paid for an hour service, they charged a waiting fee because we got to the limo at 2:20 even tho we paid from 2 to 3 . They wouldn't drive us unless we paid an extra fee for waiting for 2:20... and the fact there was no AC . No compassion, horrible service...avoid ay all cost2. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and provided exceptional service. The limos were immaculate, beautifully decorated, and made us feel like royalty. Our drivers were friendly, courteous, and ensured everything went smoothly throughout the day. They went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs and helped make our special day even more memorable. I highly recommend them for any occasion – they truly made our wedding day transportation flawless!3. Worst limo service we have ever had! We were so very upset with our service. To start off with, the AC was not functioning in the rear. And blue tooth/music was not working. These issues should be taken care of prior to the passengers boarding , AC should’ve been on and working. It’s a 9 to 10 minute ride for which we paid well over C$300 and the service was anything but professional or pleasant. The driver also made a sudden short break when he took his eyes off the road and made no apology or attempt to show any care for our well being. There were 12 ladies on board including: two pregnant ladies on board plus our bride to be and the very unexpected brake resulted in everyone being shoved to the front of the vehicle. The bride still has a left shoulder injury. Unbelievably terrible experience, when we complained the company offered nothing but a 10% off next service which we will obviously not be booking!4. You do not use this limo company! Our driver arrived over an hour late, with no apology or explanation. The limo was in bad shape—dirty, smelling like smoke, and the AC wasn’t working on an extremely hot day. When we asked the driver to help set up the AC, he became very unprofessional. Instead of trying to assist us, he started huffing and puffing and got visibly angry. To make matters worse, the driver’s behavior was reckless. At one point, he slammed on the brakes so hard that some of the girls were thrown to the front of the limo. Rather than apologizing or showing any concern for our safety, he acted irritated and dismissive. His lack of professionalism and regard for customer safety was shocking. I would never use this service again and strongly suggest others avoid it as well. It’s just not worth the risk or the hassle.5. Our night was ruined thanks to the unprofessionalism of this limo service. The AC and Bluetooth did not work first of all, which is a minor issue however the driver’s rude attitude and dangerous driving made the night one of worst experiences we’ve ever had. After spending a few minutes trying to fix the Bluetooth and ac and failing, the driver began driving the limo and unexpectedly and recklessly slammed on the brakes after a few minutes causing several of us to go flying forward and get injured. The experience was extremely shocking and scary and the driver was not only not apologetic but also somehow tried to blame us by “distracting” him by asking him a question. He did not once ask if we were ok after the incident despite us screaming as it happened and also while seeing that we had visibly pregnant passengers as well. I definitely do not recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable, fun, and most importantly safe limo company.6. If I could give zero stars I would. We had a horrible experience after booking nite life limo for my friends bachelorette party this past weekend. The AC and Bluetooth were not working. When we asked the driver a question he turned around while driving instead of looking at the road and ended up slamming on the brakes causing multiple girls to fly forward and cause scraped knees and a neck injury. The worst part was he was not apologetic at all and blamed us for the accident. If you are a professional driver you should know better then to take your eyes off the road while driving especially with 12 girls in the car including two who were pregnant. I would strongly advise against using this service if you’re looking for kind and reliable service.7. We had a horrible experience with Nite Life Limo. We booked a limo for a special event and were shocked by the poor service. First, the limo’s music system and AC were not working. We had mentioned their condition when booking, but it seemed like no effort was made to accommodate them. The worst part was the driver’s attitude. He drove recklessly and suddenly slammed on the brakes, several of our girls went flying forward causing a few injuries to the girls’ necks and it was a very scary and shocking experience. The driver was rude and disrespectful. When we expressed our concerns, he had the audacity to blame us, as if it was our fault for his poor driving. This was supposed to be a smooth and enjoyable experience, but instead, it was stressful and upsetting. I would strongly advise against using this company if you’re looking for reliable and considerate service.8. Great service, friendly team, and clean vehicles. Cannot ask for more!9. Awesome service from the first call to the limo ride. They were on time with a professional driver, clean awesome long stretch limousine and he made sure we felt like kings for our special occasion. I have to give them an extra mention because we originally booked with another popular MTL limousine company and they didn’t show up…. Yes, no joke and Nite Life limousine saved the day by sending a car as soon as possible in the circumstances. You guys are the best and I’m looking forward to making more memories in the future.
