I have used this place a dozen times in the past and have found them good but not outstanding because there’s a huge turnover in the staff and you will never see the same faces again. After having a broken leg that was immobilized for several months I asked if they could accommodate me for a pedicure with a walker and with me bringing my own big stainless steel bowl to place on the floor. I showed them how, after soaking my feet in the bowl on the floor and then moving them to rest on my walker seat, they wouldn’t have to bend down. They refused and insisted that they would help me up the 18 inch steps to the usual seating. I would not take the chance of hurting myself going up and trying to bend my knee that much on the steps and in the soaker tub. Clearly this establishment has never dealt with a person with mobility issues or an elderly person. The fact that I came with a solution didn’t even make them think outside their box.
I am shocked at how bad this pedicure was . I was with my wife and she had the exact same horrible experience. As soon as I put my feet in the cold water I knew this was going to be the pedicure from hell . I would have left as soon as my toes touched the water but I knew that would have embarrassed my wife . So I endured . Thank God the idiot who was doing my pedicure was in a rush and yes this was their spa treatment . Anyway after 15 or 20 minutes of this nonsense it was over and I promise never again will I step foot near this place . Avoid if you can and if not you were warned .
