About this business
Founder Drew Joffre is a retired competitive gymnast who believes in the motto that the best gymnastics is done early. In September 2004, Paragym was founded. Today it is difficult to offer an adult gymnastics program, but we mainly concentrate on the children. We provide a variety of gymnastics disciplines to assist students in learning to combine the strengths of various acrobatic disciplines. The "PARA" in Paragym stands for Posture Agility Reinforcement Acrobatics.
We offer all the acrobatic disciplines as well. Gymnastics, Parkour, and Tricking are examples of acrobatics. Our approach to training is one of the advantages of this method. Everyone should be able to experience these excellent acrobatic disciplines while having fun.
We now live in a cultural epoch that values physical activity and sport. It is our mission to demonstrate that one can functionally exercise and push the limits of what is done in training. You will be amazed at what your body can do, rather than the typical emphasis on weightlifting. There are many cognitive advantages of doing incredible things with your body that is stronger and more resilient than you ever thought possible.
