My background started with art, and I already had experience in cutting and understanding volumes. I have been a hobbyist in painting, a profession that has allowed me to develop a skill that can be transferred to cutting hair. She has worked with some of the best hairdressers and barbers around the globe. MM's visual arts background was an asset in increasing her understanding of shapes and textures. With time, this has opened up countless possibilities, from learning more about the different cutting techniques by refining her volume control.
