Quebec Blue Cross

So useless I give 0 stars. They gas light their customers, and suspend accounts because of their inability to make phone calls and send emails to the proper addresses. I bought glasses for my son, the store couldn't get the claim. They told me good luck in collecting from them. My husband blew his L4-L5 and needs Physio before going back to work. 3 month later still no physio because they never got in touch with the physio center. And they are suspending his payments until he starts physio!?!?! And the woman in charge of his file, won't even talk to him anymore, instead she finally opened an email communication after she was blasted for never communicating. She claimed his email was incorrect, but he double checked his card/file and it was the correct address they had. We suspect they just never made the effort.
