I was a guest at my family friends wedding, i was in the brides room just following the service and could not believe the lack of professionalism Caroline was on a phone call for over a half hour and when asked to please attend to the wedding party they were ignored. Everyone was waiting for the bride as the event was scheduled to start and the make up artist did not seem to care and was extremly rude! Not with standing that she had made everyone nervous she still proceeded to take her time with the invoice and the bride was waiting to pay for another 20min. These things should be prepared ahead of time in order to run smoothly. Never use this person she is unreliable and not professional what so ever!! JUST AWFUL
