C'est la première fois que je faisais affaires avec vous pour l'impression de dizaines de photos grands formats. Je dois dire qu'ayant l'habitude de faire affaire avec une entreprise spécialisée, j'avais quelques appréhensions.
Eh bien, le tirage est excellent! Les couleurs et les valeurs sont justes, vos prix sont compétitifs et j'ai reçu un service exceptionnel de la succursale de Brossard. Je suis incroyablement satisfait et je ferai définitivement affaires avec vous pour mon prochain projet d'exposition. Merci!
Very nice staff. Truly lovely people. May be a great place to spend three thousand dollars on a tripod. BUT be warned if you are using Gosselin to (develop and) transfer film to video. Their transfer resolution is very low - 300 dpi or JPGs of 4megs - which makes their transfers totally unacceptable. I can accept the very high prices but am shocked that anyone would convert medium format (120) and 35mm negatives to such low (and unusable) resolution. After such a long wait I am a deeply disappointed customer. Fortunately I have the negatives and can take them somewhere else.
