In family disputes, someone who was or is not allowed may claim that they were not subject to the following provision found in the Family Dispute Resolution Act:
(4) A civil protection order as provided in article 509 of the Code of Civil Procedure, or an application related to such an order.
(5) An order, an application, agreement or decision related to youth protection.
(6) An order, indictment or promise, as well as a recognizance, relating to criminal matters.
Any of the parties who were affected by these situations should inform the court, and provide the supporting documents. If the circumstances change during the proceedings, the same thing should be carried out (Courthouse, Trois-Rivières). You have all the rights. Were you victimized or did you abuse someone in December and January? This could be considered abuse. Has your childhood been characterized by violence, which troubles you to date?. Get your rights so that you will have the right to say what you want. Get the support you need.
