Brian Mitchell-Walker is an experienced Enneagram Personality Type System dynamics practitioner to explore the reasons behind behaviors they want to change. If you are new to coaching, you should not coach, give advice, or provide any form of counseling. Coaching involves collaboration, and just like in sports, the player must share their desires about what they wish to change in life. This is where the coach comes in to provide various ways of achieving that. We have specialized training with the Enneagram Institute in Enneagram Personality Type System dynamics. This knowledge enables us to help others explore their motivations and respond to the present moment. Everyone experiences this process differently. It can be done individually, as a group, for couples, and clients who work together professionally. When a session is scheduled, the client takes lead of the exploration. Its success all depends on the sessions held and how frequent it can be scheduled, the number of clients, couples or groups, and their ability to create time and resources. Brian, your coach will be open and honest with you. He will ask clarifying questions, make suggestions, and help you feel empowered. Brian, your coach's job is to help you stay focused and on the right track. The client's role is to commit energy to the process and take steps to achieve the goals. They also need to accept responsibility for the decisions, actions, and inactions.
