Award Leader. An Award Leader is any volunteer or adult associated with a young person's youth organization, like Scouts, Guides, and Cadets. Award Leaders can be from any area of life. They are focused on their involvement with the Award, encouraging young people through their journeys. Award Leaders may also be able to contribute online if they do not work with youth organizations. As an Award Leader, you will be a part of a worldwide community dedicated to ensuring that young people have the opportunity to gain the Award experience that will change their lives for the better. Award Leaders are provided with the required training and support materials, as well as access to resources. Staff support is on hand to respond to any queries that you may have.
