Garret Woynarski Massage Therapy has been my career and passion since 2001. Western acupuncture was added to the treatment method in 2010. The ashtanga practice has been maintained since 2004, and certification as a teacher was obtained in 2006. My treatments are diverse and thorough. Pain may not come from the same location as the source. A thorough assessment, dialogue, and application of treatment techniques will assist your body in its natural balance. I have two young children who keep me happy and busy. We cook a lot of healthy and balanced meals together. We love food and believe that great nutrition requires effort and may last a lifetime. I also do massage therapy in Regina, Saskatchewan. I have been a massage therapist in Regina since 2001. I like my profession very much. Massage therapy may be scientific and artistic. My body is thoroughly understood. This scientific knowledge guides the art of communication and teaching you. My treatment is gentle and potent, and it can help you let go and have your concerns eased.
