Ronni has had a chance to concentrate her career in professional discipline and labour law. She earned her LL.M. in Professional Discipline and graduated. Ronni practices professional discipline. The Saskatchewan Police Commission appoints her to the Board of Directors. Ronni acts as a hearing officer on the Saskatchewan Police Commission. She also serves on the City of Regina Board of Revision. The Law Society of Saskatchewan, Practice Advisor, appoints Ronni. She is also the designated professional responsibility consultant. Ronni formerly served as Chair of the Saskatchewan Admin/Labour and Employment CBA Section and the CBA National Labour & Employment Section. However, she has taken on a board position with a range of non-profit organizations. She also focuses on mental health, addiction, and recovery. Additionally, Ronni spends time with his dog and Kidney Bean, his canine companion.
