Microneedling (or collagen-induction therapy) is the use of small needles to make controlled micro-injuries to the skin's surface. The procedure aids in the production of collagen and elastin by activating the body's own self-healing process. A rejuvenated texture and tone of the skin are obtained. This treatment also helps reduce wrinkles and scars.
