ABOUT Services Excellence Summary

SPRA's 2019-2024 Strategic Plan affirms our dedication to building Active and Engaged communities, increasing Sector Capacity, and developing strong leadership. The Goals and Priorities of the Framework for Recreation in Canada are included in the Strategic Plan. This nationwide roadmap for recreation development is a critical part of the Strategic Plan. We have engaged both our Partners, Sask Sport, and SaskCulture in a Lottery License Agreement (with the Government of Saskatchewan). This agreement ensures that the proceeds of Sask Lotteries are returned to communities served by sport, culture, and recreation.
