SSC Security Services Corp. (TSXV: SSC) is a public-traded holding company with two subsidiaries that provide electronic and physical security services throughout Canada. SRG Security Resource Group Inc., a respected Canadian cyber and physical security firm that supplies security services to government and corporate clients. SSC provided capital support to SRG on acquiring Saskatchewan operations from Impact Security Group. With that in Canada June 1, 2022, Logixx Security Inc., a Toronto-based electronic and protective security firm serving blue-chip industrial and corporate clients across Canada. Logixx was acquired by SSC. SSC and its affiliates had approximately 2,400 employees in Canada as of June 1, 2022. The company is a highly experienced security services firm, with decades of senior leadership. Our balance sheet is strong, and our incremental growth will allow us to scale as a security services company.
