We opened our Mississauga gym on Friday, April 11, 2011. We have opened over 100 locations in Canada in the past decade. We are sure to find a location near you with locations in Nova Scotia at Peggy's cove or British Columbia skiing. Our friendly gym environment is free of judgment - whether you are shedding pounds, getting fit, or just unwinding. Our gym may not offer all the glamour and glitz of a boutique fitness studio, but your wallet will thank us for it. Need help getting started? One of our excellent hosts will show you the ropes and make you feel comfortable. We provide an extensive range of weight and machine options, from our quick and simple 30-Minute Express CircuitTM to our versatile machines.
