Our friendly gym environment is free of judgment - whether you are shedding pounds, getting fit, or just unwinding. Our gym may not offer all the glamour and glitz of a boutique fitness studio, but your wallet will thank us for it. Need help getting started? We provide an extensive range of weight and machine options, from our quick and simple 30-Minute Express CircuitTM to our versatile machines.

There are also multiple pieces of exercise equipment for gym-goers to use, and these are generally well-maintained. It is mentioned that the hydro beds are relaxing after a workout and even free tanning beds, but few utilize either one, but others have enjoyed them. But there were a couple of negative comments as well. One person said the gym does not have a shower, and another noted that the lack of polymer dumbbells.
