The customer service is out of this world. I placed my first order online. It was my fault that I chose to pick up the items instead of delivery. They quickly fixed it, and even offered to include a handwritten note with a card. Outstanding effort on their part. The cool thing is they threw in a card for free and offered to write it by hand (or typing was fine). Their recommendations, help, and professionalism are off the charts. They sent me pictures to make sure I was happy with my order. These items are gorgeous. Highly recommend and a repeat customer.
