TLDR; requested a simple, one-colour look but received highlights with multiple colours and tones throughout my hair. Save your time, money, and energy - or go in with no expectations. The end product was devastating and far from what I had requested. I went in based on the reviews… you now when you have a feeling that it’s too good to be true? That was precisely what happened. At the beginning of the appointment, I showed a picture of what I wanted and explained that I am looking for a full colour but ended up with highlights. I trusted the stylists judgement and the colour appeared darker in the studio lighting so I left thinking everything was ok. I noticed the streakiness as soon as I walked out into the sunlight and called immediately the next morning to have it fixed. The highlights caused some areas to look really light in comparison to the other areas - I now have orange in my hair when I had requested a deep red. However, I am afraid that going back will mess up my hair even more rather than fix it so I ended up cancelling my appointment. I am devastated as I have been actively growing out my hair for *over a year* and was planning to have a single-colour, very natural look for my wedding in a few months. This is not possible with highlights and they will not grow out in time for my wedding. This failed product cost me close to $300 (including cost of Uber) and has left me very upset. The product I received was not worth the time, the money nor the trip across town. I left a voicemail to cancel future services; did not even receive a call back to ask why I’ve cancelled even though the stylist was aware I booked to have my hair fixed. In addition, the salon cancelled appointments I had booked for others without contacting them - leaving them surprised and having to pay more when rebooking. Save your money and go elsewhere, or go in with no expectations.
