EDAC Certification and PLC Program modules: Introduction to Community and Economic Development. Created in 1996, the Introduction to Community Economic Development Program extended to all provinces except Québec. To keep in step with the evolving local and regional community needs, each module is updated annually by PEIC, SEDA, Cando, and the School of Business and Public Administration at the University of Regina. Price: 50% off $200/session for SEDA members. Paid online or via a cheque. Cheques payable to the Saskatchewan Economic Development Alliance. For organizations and communities that sponsor the PLC modules, classroom-based training can be offered in Saskatoon, Regina, and other cities across Saskatchewan, as well as in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Register Online - $100 for SEDA members $200 per module non-Members
