Chef Scott Torgerson of Red River College Winnipeg Manitobe graduated from the Culinary Arts program, where he also trained as a professional. He apprenticed under Master Chef Takashi Muakami and worked with Cameron Huley, Team Canada Chef, in various positions. Chef Torgerson is a member of the Canadian Culinary Federation (CCFCC) and Chaine des Rotisseurs. Throughout his career, he has received several accolades and nominations for his outstanding work. Aroma RestoBar reflects the chef-farmer relationship and showcases the finest local ingredients. We combine different culinary traditions and techniques from the rich cultural landscape of Canada. The culinary team uses locally sourced, organic, and sustainably grown products, combining artisanal and ocean-wise products into wholesome and tasty dishes.
