Most of the reviewers are very positive about the services they received, especially Lynsey, Rae, and Desirae. Positive comments mostly revolve around their professionalism and how they pay attention to detail such that consumers like that they get actual value for money for the services they received. A significant proportion of clients were pleased with the lash extensions they received, which they say last longer and have the best retention. Customers loved the online booking app, the reminders that are always sent to them, and the cancellation policy that gives a lengthy notice. This allows them to make and cancel appointments easily. The staff were also commended for being kind and accommodating but with a professional and light-hearted ambiance at the spa. Some realized that they enjoyed the conversation at Wink and that the spa offers various options such as podcasts, and the clients had to be engaging. The main thing that the client wrote about the technicians is how satisfied they were with the services they received slack. However, it was not all good as some clients argued that one technician was slow in offering the services and should look into that. Jurisdiction was also criticized for doing a poor job with nail extension on two separate occasions. At least one client was disappointed that their request for a particular design to be done on her nails was not honored. The only other critique was about timing, a client felt that the time taken to complete Lash Extension was considerably above average, which might inconvenience others.
