Target Customer Feedback: The store employees and staff here are amazing, but everything else about this Target store is below average to the point where it doesn’t even feel like a store consistent with Targets brand. Target has made the most annoying and brain dead decision in only having four self checkout lanes and one cashier in 2026; the checkout line consistently builds up into a 10 minute wait because of the lack of self checkouts. The organization of stock across the store is pretty bad as well. Vinyls mismatched everywhere, men’s clothing scattered on the floor. If you like nostalgia though, come here, because nothing has been updated since 2010. This store is in dire need of remodeling, renovation, and reorganization. Dust built up on displays that hasn’t been cleaned in years. The food court Pizza Hut thing and Starbucks with nowhere to sit are disgusting and I have not and will never eat that. Someone call the Target corporate because this is some bs. Blue Ash is too nice of an area for this Target to always look like this. Trash overflowing. Stuff everywhere, while you have multiple employees just standing around. Someone needs to actually manage this place. Went to buy a pair of headphones, when I walked up the electronics employee who was a black female was helping a black male customer. It took her approximately 15 minutes to help this gentleman and when she was finished helping him she started to just walk right past me. I politely said, "excuse me, I was hoping to get some help with the headphones!" She pointed to a white employee who was currently busy helping a group of three white teenagers and said "you'll have to wait for him to be finished." To which I replied, " okay, thank you!" She continued walking for about 3 ft when a black female customer said, " excuse me, can you help me get a pair of headphones?" The black employee replied, " sure, which ones would you like?" To which I still said nothing. Just thought to myself, "whatever!" The white employee was now done helping the group of teenagers and he as well just walked away! I literally had to chase him down to get his attention while the black female employee was now on her second black customer checking her out. And when she noticed how frustrated I was she looked at me and started laughing out loud! And I could almost guarantee that she probably claims that white people are the racist ones in this country!. I love target. Is has everything, from food to groceries to cosmetics and electronics. There are so dining options available. The size of the store was adequate, not too many were shopping at the time I went. It looked like a tornado went through this location, and it looked just like this the last three times I’ve been there which is why I’m writing this review! The staff are super nice and I want to make that clear. Every time I’m checking out the cashiers are warm and engaging and when I ask about trying to find a product any staff person does the best they can. I don’t like to bother staff with questions about where things are, but the locations on the app are really unhelpful… for example shoelaces are in “SH11,” where in the world is that? The $1/$5 area when you walk-in is always empty and again looks like my 5 year olds bedroom after playtime. The store is so disorganized, it’s just really hard to find things.
