She organised the entire process well, paid attention to every detail, and kept things running smoothly – all at a very stressful period. One Star – Do not use these Solicitors! We used Bull & Co in the sale and purchase of our current and new homes. Withheld vital information concerning the new house that was only discovered a week before exchanging contracts. The information was held for almost four weeks before changing contracts. This action caused us a lot of stress. Stuff is also careless, especially when they go on leave, as they do not assign their other tasks to other employees. After complaining about the unprofessionalism, they threatened us. Avoid this law firm at all costs. 3. Great – Used Bull & Co for our recent move (sale and purchase) . Jessica and the team were friendly efficient and helpful, would thoroughly recommend Bull & Co from start to end a 5-star service. 4. Excellent fast service – We dealt with Charlotte Anns, and we are pleased with the services. She was exceptional, and everything was done professionally. Charlotte is always committed until the end of the process. She answered questions and clarified all the issues. Charlottes is a good lawyer, and I would definitely contact her in the future. 5. Five Stars – Charlotte and the team were great. I recommend them. Charlotte is very responsive without any delays. I would highly recommend them. 6. Uncaring – These Solicitors are being used by a Party further up our Chain. The Firm felt it appropriate for a Solicitor to go on leave for a week and a half with no cover of their files leading to our sale almost falling though. I would suggest this firm is overstretched and provides quite the opposite to the services/offering on its website. I would allow them to revert and correct me, but this also the experience the rest of the parties and agent are feeding back to me. Proceed at risk.
