For anyone wanting solicitors especially when dealing with property we can’t recommend Martin Tolhurst. We’ve used them now on a few occasions with regards to buying and selling property. Lately we went through a rather long and stressful situation. The previous solicitors when buying the property didn’t complete the paperwork properly and didn’t transfer the freehold as instructed. It made this an awful long and stressful situation but we had Tom Bexhill gelding and guiding us throughout. It could have been a lot worse but we got there thanks to Tom and others in his team. We wouldn’t use anyone else. Great company. We used Martin Tolhurst when moving house last year and they handled both our sale and purchase. We were kept updated throughout the process and they handled everything we needed for both. All that's left to do now is finishing unpacking all the boxes. Prompt and efficient conveyancing.
