Customer Review Compilation: 1. Excellent as ever. 2. I sold a house using Christine and she was fantastic. She made the process very easy and worry free. I live in the USA and the process could not be easier. She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and explained everything so that I could understand. I am 110% happy. 3. Thank you so much for the beautiful and pleasant service provided by the team. A big thank you to Sam for her expert, speedy, and professional service. Will definitely be using again and without doubt one the best in their field. Service fee's fairly priced. Communication very prompt. 4. DO NOT USE. Completely incompetent solicitors. Used Aplins for the purchase of our home. After sale complete, they admitted they had "overlooked" the need to obtain the FENSA for the doors and windows, HETAS for the log burner, and NICEIC for the electrics. All of which we had to sort, at great cost, ourselves after purchase. Been a complete nightmare. Took to the legal Ombudsman who found they had provided unreasonable service, however was awarded a measly £400 compensation. We paid Aplins a great sum of money to represent us, and regrettably trusted them with the purchase of our home. They are completely incompetent and cannot accept their errors they made, hence having to go through the Ombudsman process. Can't imagine how much the company makes and solicitors earn, yet they would only pay us the... 5. They stopped providing the service that the website said was there. Very poor! The service is impeccable directing me to the exact place affectionately. 6. Phoned on 24th Feb and asked for a solicitor to help with selling my flat. The receptionist was very helpful and tried to put me through to one of the 2 solictiors that could help. Unfortunately neither were available. I was then told I would be put through to one of their voicemails so I could leave a message and request a callback, which I did. Didn't hear back. Have now ended up going with another local solicitors who have been very helpful so far 7. Excellent - efficient and good... 8. Aplins handled my late Father’s house sale and Probate. I have to confess that this has been a tough time for me but the way in which Philip and the Team managed the process was excellent. They showed empathy whilst moving things forward for me professionally. A few years prior, Philip also managed my Father's POA, and delivered the same personal supportive service. I would recommend them to anybody in need of Professional Legal services. 9.
