Client feedback overview: Our experience with these folks has been terrible. My team has been attempting to get a wire transfer executed for our 90-year-old UK client for almost two months, and Leport has been unable to facilitate or unwilling to do so. If a wire transfer, a simple request, cannot be managed, I do not see how the firm could successfully manage a complex legal question. It is easy to blame other parties, but the fact is we have provided numerous explanations and additional documentation to accommodate this request, but we have received no further information/progress from the Leport & Co Solicitors team. Excellent service delivered by the reception team and by Dominika Fron (Solicitor). She was transparent, highly efficient, and overall excellent. However, in the end, we never received the document we needed because the legalities are complicated. Needed a document attested and Mr. Singh was very professional and courteous. Would not hesitate to use them again. Very professional and friendly. Total rip_off. Good solicitors. We needed a commercial lease witnessing. I went to 4 other solicitors in Banbury who either didn't have the certification to witness the lease nor didn't have the staff. I phoned Leport & Co Solicitors and spoke to a lovely lady on the phone, they asked to see the paperwork before confirming whether they could assist which they then advised they could. Mr Singh was very lovely, efficient and professional. Really quick service. We will certainly be back if required not very good Absolutely superb service! I cannot rate them highly enough. We used them for legal advice on a loan, drawing up licences for rental units and sale of land. Excellent advice and brilliant at keeping you informed. I think they spoke to me on every occasion I phoned and if they couldn’t they always called back promptly. I wouldn't use any other solicitors for my work. Costwise, they were excellent value too. I was really impressed by how they keep their costs under control. They were always happy to give me an idea of charges before we went ahead and I felt I was well looked after. Excellent Service. Clear information from first contact to completion of business. Flexible on my second appointment when I ran late. Polite and respectful. Well run reception area. Reasonably priced, experienced and fair. Highly recommend.
