She was based in the Chippenham branch. We used the Awdry Law Smartphone App which kept us well informed on the process of our Sale and Purchase. The best aspect of the App is that you can message your Solicitor through it and Lauren always replied within the hour. We had used online conveyance services in the past. Communication is normally always email and a response often takes a week to receive. Lauren and her assistant Madison were excellent. A couple of issues arose on our sale and they informed us immediately and had a solution or an indemnity policy to hand and already sorted at the same time as explaining the issue. Awdry Law offer a no sale no fee option for about £200 which you only pay when and if you eventually complete on sale and/or purchase which we were grateful to have taken up as our first purchase fell through. You obviously have to pay the extra for a quality high street Solicitor for your conveyancing compared to an online company, but the level of professionalism, expert advice and superb communication was definitely worth the extra for us, helping to relieve the stress of a very stressful process. Lauren Scott was excellent and we would definitely recommend her services. - At our local estate agency, we have used Lauren for years and continue to recommend her to our clients. She always provided a faultless service, allowing for sales to progress with ease and in a timely manner.
