Slater Gordon Solutions Motor Customer feedback summary:1. After 12 months of being messed about and them telling me they were exploring and examining the merits of the case they finally stated they were not going to pursue it any further but had spent money on the file so should be paid. I said I would use another firm and they claimed money to release my file. Don’t waste your time. They would not respond to my freedom of information request. Don’t touch them.2. They contact me telling me money is owed, if I do not react quickly via email stating my account information then the money will be donated to charity. Respond quickly only to be ignored over and over again and the phone line does not work. Could you not acknowledge the emails I am sending? 3. No one gets back to you on chat or via email when you send multiples and left on hold from midday (2.5hrs) 50 minutes of hold time and then the line gets cut. 4. Julie Stevenson was amazing to speak with, very helpful and fast service! 5. After having massive issues with my car insurance they provided a hire car to get to work. I honestly couldn't of asked for more help from a genuine guy, Matthew Rodriguez had massive issues with my car insurance. Real genuine helpful guy thank you again Matthew 6. Pay extra to have a car if anything happens and they can't and won't sort it out and had to wait over a week before hearing anythink. 7. what amazing customer service, had an accident and was passed to Slater and Gordon and spoke to a gentlemen called Jonathan Howson who was amazing, make every step simple and easy to do and resolved the claim in a very professional manner, would 100% use again 8. Signed a rental agreement and Was left without a rental and without reply for 2 weeks had to find a car for myself. And they still called me asking to return a car I never got in the first place, it's a joke. Won't use them again. 9. I had a car accident 10 days ago, luckily the other party admitted liability. From my initial phone call to Sue, then dealing with Jonathan & Aaron I can't say anything but good things about the way iv been treated. Iv been guided step by step, kept up to date with what is happening & then received crash payment all wthin 10days of my first call. I'd like to thank everyone who has helped & feel the least I can do is leave the team a good review. 10. Amazing service, Robert Foster was very king, quick and efficient. Really helpful and polite.
