ABOUT   Services Excellence Summary

Customer Testimonials We can't thank Stacey and her team enough for everything she has done for me and my daughter!! Best solicitors around! Highly recommend Fieldings porter, very friendly and approachable, they put me at ease straight away. Mr and Mrs bridge. Janet Turner and her team have been the best solicitors we have ever worked with and I’ve had the real range over the last few years with lots of family moves that I’ve headed. If I could choose one solicitor to handle every legal need we had: it would been Janet. Thank you. My partner and I had an appointment regarding our elderly disabled mother's Wills and we were disgusted by the service received. We had an appointment with Stacey Evans who is a solicitor in your Wills and Probate department and she was so rude and unprofessional laughing at us for being concerned that vunerable person could be taken advantage of with our strong concerns about a man my sister is seeing. We'd asked that the Will be setup to cover our sister and on the second or last time we went to see Stacey Evans she included it, we even were happy to pay for the extra deed and we found out that we had been charged for it when checking the will that she sent to us in post. I just have always asked her for quote for it whichd have been under 100 pounds butin total we were charged more than 200. She did the deed without our permission and charged us for it even when i had asked for a quote. I had told my family member I wanted to dirstribute everything 50/50 but Stacey Evans said this was not possible and that as the senior i had last say. This made me sad to see a solicitor laughing at me and doing everything opposite of what my mom wants. My family were not happy with the quote we were given and how little our sister will get if we die and how my partber onyl being with me for a ew years already has more of our family money than my sister who my mom loves more and wants to give more. When i mentioned this to Stacey Evans she laughed at me and said this was just reality of how our law works and that seniors have more say. When I told her I did not want anymore business with her she started laughing saying she wouldnt need us anymore as was busy with other clients and that she needed to go now and cut our phone you're. My family and I have had the misfortune of having them deal with my grandmas estate and for what has been a truly tragic and heartbreaking time already after losing her, they have made it a million times worse and we will be taking this matter further they are an absolute joke and should not be able to handle such sensitive matters. Debbie leventhall who we’ve had to deal with has been TERRIBLE and is going against the wishes of the majority beneficiaries. Despite 2 out of 3 of the beneficiaries of the estate making it VERY clear a property should be kept in the family for sentimental reasons she is insisting it be put on the market and has been showing strangers around when all of my grandmas personal belongings are still in there. A disgusting heartless firm and this will not be the end of the matter. (Mrs Lawrence) Had the pleasure of using fieldings porter to help process the purchase of our first house, would especially like to thank Jonathon Lewis who made it so easy, great communication, very responsive, can’t thank him enough and would highly recommend to friends and family! - 5 star review on Google, 14 hours ago Barry Long-Drew - AVOID AVOID AVOID - 1 star review on Google, 2 hours ago Framework needs a big look at. Dangerous solicitor and firm. Did the bare minimum of legal aid work and selected an entirely bad barristers chambers with 3 people completely unorganized. Peter Cunliffe genuinely made things worse during this time. Dillon ward - Abismal - 1 star review on Trustpilot, 25 Jan 2022 Abismal service from probate to conveyancing. No communication at all without having to nag them. Still waiting for funds from the sale of my Grandads home. They've had a year and half to sort all this out and it's just been ridiculous. Former Employee - Friendly and Organised Work Environment in Manchester, England, Pros Friendly staff. Punctual and clean space. Was this review helpful? Pros Really helpful Was this review helpful? Former Employee - Conveyancer in Manchester, England Fieldings Porter don't pay their invoices owed by this employee Former Employee - Anonymous Employee in Manchester, England Harley Ashwood: Fraudulent Misrepresentation Former Employee - Conveyancer in Manchester, England Fieldings Porter don't pay their invoices owed by this employee Current Employee - Legal Cashier in Manchester, England A service second to none. Would highly recommend if you have any legal problems. Former Employee - Conveyancer in Manchester, England Good service Former Employee - Credit Controller in Manchester, England Brilliant Current Employee - Legal Cashier in Manchester, England Delighted with the professionalism of Janet Porter, Lauren Armitage & Bonnie Corlett. They made the whole process run smoothly and communication was the key factor. Whenever we had a query we received a reply by return and queries were resolved speedily. We have managed to sell our property and move in a few months which is remarkable. We most definitely would recommend Fieldings Porter and specifically this team. Former Employee - Conveyancer in Manchester, England Fieldings Porter dealt with the purchasing of the freehold for our property and although the process was lengthy with several delays, Kerry Edge the Paralegal who dealt with us has been remarkable. Advice to Management il to tell patients to come for appointments that they had already been told in a previous email were cancelled. This then had a knock-on effect for later patients and I was left unable to return to my place of work on time. Former Employee - Office Administrator in Manchester, England Rodney Horridge was diabolical in his handling of my case. His lack of communication & understanding of what my personal situation was was disheartening. He was very unprofessional in his approach. I would not use him again for his inquires into my matters were late & his lack of empathy was felt. I was sadly disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a true professional to handle sensitive matters. Former Employee - Trainee Solicitor in Manchester, England Owian Williams failed to attend my police interview, he did not tell me. He claims he sent a email. (I have no email) On the day of my interview, I rang the office looking for him and he was on annual leave! Great stuff when GMP police officer strangeld me in the past and I won in court. They have no regaurd to protect you from the corruption at GMP. The parnter Frasher Young can't even pick up a phone and have a conversation with me about the unprofessional behaviour of his staff.
