Incomplete business transactions and payments - cleaning services Since January 2020, Paul Jenkins has been refusing to pay for six months' worth of cleaning services offered to him at his office at Ridings Park. The cleaning was done by cleaning experts from our designated cleaning company. Burrell Jenkins' accounts department has been given the cleaning company's bank account, but payments were not made. When contacted, Paul Jenkins and his team would say that the accounts department was dealing with it. However, it has been over two years since the refusal to pay started, and the accounts department has not made any payments. This is outright theft from a small business, where cleaning services were provided, and payment has not been facilitated. The mopping was done by a polite cleaning lady, who is highly skilled, and she has not been paid. Burrell Jenkins exploited her expertise and has not made any payments. The problems are still unsolved because the cleaning company has taken the matters to court, but the cases take too long due to their low priority. This is not just or fair because the cleaning services were offered during and after COVID-19 lockdowns. Burell Jenkins legal firm has intentionally refused to make payments, knowing the cleaning company would not pursue them in courts. This is detrimental to small businesses and workers in the cleaning service industry. Friendly and professional atmosphere at Burrell Jenkins BJ has a very friendly and professional atmosphere. The booking process was efficient, and the legal team was just as friendly. The service was helpful and kind, and they provide a lot of advice about will writing, which was very useful. However, the mopping was not paid for and many other cleaning services offered, which makes the other experience very bitter. The services provided were helpful, and will recommend it if the cleaning company is paid. The complex cleaning services offered are also awaiting payments, and this has increased the tension when seeking legal services. The service was very professional, not time-consuming, and also goes to their office at Ridings Park, Cannock. We waited for a short time in a reception area and were also given tea and coffee. After that, with the service being hospitable, we were called to go into an office. The lady handling our case was very professional and friendly. She asked about what we wanted, and we responded. She then explained everything, and we were able to fill in the forms she provided. They are very transparent, and we were able to get detailed information and the service was very clear. However, the mopped floors are still not paid, and the last will and testament are also not provided at their office. This is very disrespectful and the leadership of Burrell Jenkins. Considering how professional the legal firm is, the delayed process is so unfair. I would never trust this legal firm because they have helped me, and they have not paid for cleaning services provided. Friendly and helpful The team at BJ was very friendly and helpful. They are also very professional and helped me understand what I needed. People used to tell me that making a will is very complex, but I found it very easy when my wife and I went to BJ. Right from the reception, we were given a warm welcome by a receptionist, who directed us to an office. We felt at home as we were asked to choose a drink, and coffee was brought to us.
