Customer feedback summary: 1. Whitehead Monkton acted for me in a recent sale of my property. I have used Susan Waterman in previous sales/purchases with a very good service and results. Susan Waterman and Jo Morton (her assistant) are extremely professional, meticulous, understanding, caring and easy to talk to, explaining exactly what was needed and being done. I would certainly use them in future and I do not hesitate to recommend both of them and the Company for whom they work. 2. I have sold and purchased 2 houses with Whitehead Monckton this year, specifically Liz Dack. They have been superb on both sides of conveyancing and on both occasions, completion happened in under 3 months from offer accepted. Couldn't recommend highly enough for conveyancing 3. I have used Whitehead Monckton for both probate and a house sale. For both they have been faultless. I have found them efficient, approachable and good value for money. They give a very personal thoughful service. For me their offices are near by to so it was convenient to take things in if needed and I was always welcomed warly wheneve I dropped things in. Caroline Ireland 4. Daniel Bennett was my solicitor when I was taken to court over custody of my son. He was absolutely amazing. I could not recommend him more highly. He is a consummate professional and is extremely hard working but it always felt that he wasn’t ‘just doing a job’, he genuinely cared about the safety of my son. You could see the benefit of his years of experience as he thinks several steps ahead, I would have been at a disadvantage without him as he always considers ulterior motives and subterfuge that I couldn't anticipate. He considered the consequences of decisions with a view to our long term situation always trying to ensure that my son was the priority. He is a ferocious adversary, yet compassionate to his clients. If I ever have to go to court again I would want Daniel Bennett on my side, not working for the other side! I don’t think there is anyone else more dedicated, kind, child centric and fearless. 5. Contacted Lydia Ashman with an urgent matter that was time sensitive, deadline was met with time to spare, was kept informed all of the way through to completion, I would highly recommend Lydia & Whitehead Monckton. 6. I’ve used Sadie Webb at Whitehead Monckton for multiple property sales now and she has been absolutely smashing. They always answer calls and emails promptly and are very thorough. I would highly recommend her for any exchange needs and will certainly use her again in future. 7. Always professional, efficient and helpful with enquiries. Couldn't recommend Susan enough. 8. Currently using Jennifer for the purchase of my first house, she is great and extremely efficient, price is competitive and have no problems recommending her and Whitehead Monckton. 11. I recently used Marsha and Demi at Whitehead Monckton and found them to be highly knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They regularly kept me up-to-date on my mum's house purchase and took over our case feom another solicitor who couldn't deal with bridging loans. Highly recommend if you want your house purchase sorted in time and without any woeey or hassle. 12. I have used Whitehead Moncton on numerous occasions for Business and personal issues and found them extremely effecient and good value. I could not recomend them highly enough especially Sadie Webb who handled the sale of our house. I certainly will recomending to Friends, Family and Business colleagues. 13. I have always found Whitehead Monckton to be a most professional organisation. I have used their services for both the sales of my business, and for property purchase. They are most efficient, and have offered excellent advice. 14. These guys a terrible. It's all about the money and they are amateurish 15. Fakes, they offered me the world and delivered a small moon, I would struggle to say anything other than that, they took all of my money and left me high and dry, there representation was a joke, I stood and watched a council estate girl from Essex turn them over onto their belly's and submit, the went into court un armed and un prepared and then tried to blame the court for not allowing enough time, as second hearing was booked for a WHOLE DAY in three months time, the cost to me was in terms of both financial and mentally were devastating, only to watch them turn onto there bellies a second time... incredible. I am broke and broken, I have had to seek help from a professional psychiatric doctors I am on the verge of suicide. I am an emotional wreak and I really don't see how at my age I will ever recover from this, everything, everything I ever worked for is gone, everything I ever I ever loved and cherished is gone and worse everything I ever achieved has been spat upon. These people are Fakes absolute fakes and the worse kind of fakes, expensive ones.
