The whole process was conducted efficiently and we were kept informed at each stage of the progress that was being made. Start to finish took under 3 months, when we first started looking into solicitors I had been warned about some of the more popular names out there because of there lack of communication. BPK kept us up to date particularly near the end and responded well to emails9. No reply to an online enquiry.10. I have been unfortunate enough to have to deal with this firm in three separate areas in the past year - conveyancing (AJ), easements (RB) and divorce (CH). Whilst I am not rating the extent of their legal knowledge and expertise, their ability to perform legal services has been astoundingly poor. The easements process has taken over 44 months to be resolved, with mistakes made by the respective solicitor which were immediately dismissed as 'not a mistake' and not acknowledging fault. I would have raised a formal complaint to get this resolved but feared that this would delay the process further. In addition to this the cost of completing the easements has meant a doubling of the costs associated with the whole process. As for conveyancing, not only was this poorly handled in conjunction with the easements, but after requesting the balance of the proceeds of a house sale to be split between a deposit for a new purchase completing the following day the wrong amount was forwarded - delaying the purchase. Whilst I was fortunate not to have this company representing me in divorce, the speed and accuracy of the communications has been extremely poor and slow. So much so that despite address information being redacted from communications on several occasions this information was not redacted. In summary extremely poor service, slow communications and a degree of inaccuracy and incompetence. The only saving grace is that I will never have to deal with this company again.14. Fantastic service from start to finish. James and the rest of the BPK team were super helpful and turned everything around very quickly. Would not hesitate to highly recommend BPK and will certainly use them again in the future.15. I cannot praise Vince Lung enough for the high level of service he gave to myself and my husband whilst selling and purchasing our new home. Moving home is a stressful enough time but having to sell, rent and then purchase it seemed even more so with having to be in a position that we were sold before we could complete on the new home, however, Vince's support helped every step of the way. He understood my anxiety and was very proactive and efficient in his responses, supporting and being completely understanding.
