Client Review for Fisher Jones Greenwood LLP Client 1 – Mother had her will and LPA sourced here. Very efficient and reasonably priced. I would recommend. Parking is local but cost about £3. We used our time to wander around the shops after completing the business at FJGs. Client 2 – Excellent Client 3 – Avoid at all cost! We had a straightforward query regarding our Leasehold Apartment. We put £500 on Account and were given a Trainee Solicitor, Josh. We had to constantly chase for a response. The response when, we did get it, was 5 pages of waffle, which did not answer any of our questions and actually looked like he had Googled the answers. To make matters worse, the Associate Solicitor upheld this when we complained. He did not even want to clarify or discuss any of the points which did not make any sense. Very poor. We reported them to the Law Society Client 4 - Efficient, knowledgeable and most importantly friendly Client 5 - Very helpful and friendly staff and very professional solicitors. Client 6 - Was provided with a very comprehensive and professional service to write two wills involving an offshore element. They responded promptly to all queries. Would recommend -- and already have! Client 7 - I could not recommended this company enough. Rhian Lowe was my solicitor and she went above and beyond when dealing with my case, she was extremely supportive, responsive and very professional. I couldn't thank Rhian enough for her amazing work. Client 8 - We instructed Lauren of the Chelmsford Office to prepare our wills - she was friendly (but professional at the same time), helpful and offered advice when asked. 5 star service and have already recommended to many of our friends and family. A pleasure to deal with. Client 9 - I had a life changing injury nearly three years ago and used fJG to make a compensation claim for me. Im so glad I did as it was the right choice of legal firm to make. I had a great solicitor by the name of Rhian Lowe, she really put my mind at rest at the beginning of the claim and carried that manner all the way through. She simplified parts that I didn't understand to start with and made the whole experience more bearable. She was very responsive, what I mean by that is, she allways got back to me with the right answers to my questions. I truly believe that she is a big asset to Fisher Jones Greenwood and I'm sure she'll go all the way to the top. Thanks again Rhian Lowe, Client 10 - Fantastic help from Rhian who dealt with my case. Everything was explained clearly and easy for me to understand. I was kept up to date regularly and my questions were answered quickly. Client 11 I – Very good handling of a challenging sale. This is especially true during Covid-19. Keeley had to deal with furloughed staff and pick up my file whilst someone else had been dealing with it. I have used FJG a number of times now and they have always been calm, professional and responsive. I have to especially thank Keeley who basically kept working on my file whilst she was on holiday. I was able to receive a good price for the service I received. I’m really pleased it’s completed and can really highly recommend this firm. Great solicitors! Client 12 – From the moment that Keeley had the file passed to her she took ownership of the problems with the sale. Keeley was professional and supportive throughout. Despite a host of challenges she never lost focus which was hugely appreciated and without her I'm not sure the sale would have completed. As an Estate Agent you need that support and tenacity from your Vendor's solicitor and Keeley had that in spades. Great job. Client 13 – Keeley Miller has been extremely helpful during this testing time. Thank you for keeping us updated and managing to get a positive end result for all parties. Client 14 - Our experience with FJG was good. Keeley was extremely helpful and always responded to our emails and calls instantly.
