Customer Feedback - Reception I contacted Blackwater Law but unfortunately, I did not have a good impression of the company during my interaction with the first point of contact, who I believe was a lady called Lisa. In my initial enquiry I set the time of the day best to reach me, yet she would never follow this but call me at random times outside this window. In the conversation, she was like a stonewall in response to my case which felt dismissive, and when she told me she would email with more details for what proof they needed, none of it materialised.
