I recently used this solicitor firm to assist me with my divorce. I was put in touch with Hayley Wheatley expert in divorce and she was brilliant and explained the whole process and options available to me. I really appreciated her support throughout and she always came back to me with quick responses. I definitely recommend Hayley to anyone in this situation.8. Judging by the reviews it seems like pot luck whether you'll have a good or a bad time with these solicitors. We're having a bad time with them being our buyer's solicitor. In a sale that is five months in, the "ball has been in their court" for all but three days (our solicitor responded to queries almost instantly). Searches that were taking months miraculously appeared when the solicitor was chased, and they've been sitting on our responses to their queries for the past two months. There's no end in sight, their communication with our sales progressor is practically non-existent (they should give their voicemail a raise), and no timescales can be given for when the queries will even be looked at. People's lives are on hold.9. Highly recommend for family law.10. Called and briefly explained problem to reception who then transferred me to colleague who's phone went straight to voicemail so left my details, 4 hours later called again spoke to different receptionist explained problem again only to be told I don't know who you spoke to so you'll need to call back tomorrow, called back next day for the third time phone went straight to voicemail so much for "outstanding & swift service " very unprofessional. Took my business elsewhere.11. One of the worst solicitors I’ve ever come across!Avoid at all cost.12. To think I was calling to arrange a consultation for a legal matter I have, and was presented with no common courtesy by a way of good afternoon / or how can I help. The receptionist answered ‘yep your through’. Maybe I miss-heard so I asked if she could repeat herself. She waffled which I couldn’t make sense of. I asked whom I was speaking to and she refused to give a name. I then gave her reasons to why I needed her name! Anyway, after justifiable reasons she said her name was Tara.
