James Close represented me today with very little time to gather all the information(my fault for not having a solicitor on arrest)He soon gathered all information made me feel comfortable as you can be in that situation,and overall he got me a good outcome,would highly recommend,a caring man and very professional,thanks again James 2. Couldn't put no stars ... I rang to enquire about a claim and was told I'd receive a call the following day . Almost a week later I get a call saying we have questions... The first one I asked was wouldn't it have been right to have rang me on the day you said you would and said there may be a delay ... But no im taking my claim elsewhere for a better service. If this is how they treat clients ... No thank you ...3. I was a little dubious about this group because of the google rating of 3.6 and because the building looks so worn down but actually the services i've recieved have been outstanding. And the receptionist was really friendly. Charles my solicitor has been amazing from start to finish. Very well spoken educated guy who was able to provide free legal aid for a civil matter. Would highly recommend. Thanks a lot!4. I think they were brilliant!! Represented very well, Fairly priced and just called them after 8 years on the slight off chance i could get a copy of my Absolute, save me turning the house upside down and Emma sent it within 5 minutes. You cant get better than that!!5. My ex wife hired this company as she was trying to stop me seeing my children, I consequently pushed through a court order which landed in my favour and on said court order there was things added which wasn't discussed in court. I immediately rang this law firm and asked for a call back. I am still waiting 3 weeks later, there happy to take her money but when it comes to a error they made they don't do anything (yes I do have itemised billing from Vodafone)6. Not good7. Didn't help much with my previous case, no result in sorting my issues about child order. Asked for urgent advice 3weeks ago and they gave me very wrong advice that now has affected my new application, has put my child in danger and has delayed all proceedings. I will never use them again.8. James is magnificent, a good firm9. Horrendous solicitors. Should seriously be shut down. Do NOT go with this firm you will regret it. They do not care one bit about clients!!10. Awful my family used them for over 40 years since people like Tim holder left its gone down hill my nephew is using them at the moment and definitely not what they used to be11. Good response over the phone.12. Absolutely disgusting treatment of clients. Not bothered about the result. Just in it for the money. If you are using legal aid go somewhere else !! Unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and lazy. Especially Kerry and Jo Jarvis.13. I needed a simple document verification of my right to live in the UK. On the phone they advised me to go from their office to sort it. I took the afternoon off and when I got to the office I was told that they cannot help me with my query!! Outrageous!! No professionalism at all.14. I needed a paper to be signed by a solicitor for an issue with the deposit to be sent to the deposit protection agency. Service was very quick and the Solicitor was so kind to sign it for free.15. Their job is only for money not for helping and resort the problems we have
