Many thanks, to Melanie for her support during such a stressfull time, she close the sale quickly, professionally, understanding and allways kept me informed. I would highly recommend Melanie for anyone needing legal support.2. We originally instructed Simpson Jones. Deposit, forms all completed. We were suddenly transferred to Nelson’s. They did not liaise with the previous secretary, asked me to resend all the information. They asked for the deposit which had already been sent. They gave me no faith in the upcoming service. They sent the wrong plans to the sellers, they again missed the deposit on the final statement, which I had to point out. There is no personal service, nothing is explained with regards to the Title Deeds and documents they send for you to check. Very scary how the process has changed so much in 20 years.3. Aleksandra Scibor was an excelent translator and very helpful and friendly4. We inherited Nelson's having instructed Simpson Jones to do our house sale & purchase. This did cause some unease during the switchover however, Kani moved across. Kani was absolutely fantastic, from start to finish she dealt with all our concerns, legal matters etc. in a calm and professional manner making everything easy to understand. Always there at the end of the phone or the end of an email. Highly recommended!5. Kathryn Caple helped me after my mum passed away. Throughout the whole process of sorting mums Probate she was efficient, kind, understanding and very knowledgable. Nothing was too much trouble and she explained every step of the process. Rachel Bushell handled the process in a professional and efficient manner, she was always available or got back to us quickly when we encountered any issues. Happy to recommend Nelsons and would certainly use again.8. I was guided through the conveyance process to purchase my first house by Shoaib Mirza, quite frankly he was excellent. His attention to detail, prompt and thorough communication, and guidance was of the highest order. This was not the easiest of deals to pull off with many hurdles to jump through. Going into the process I was sceptical due to friends and family having poor experiences at other firms, however with Nelsons I couldn't have asked for anything more, I would definitely recommend them to anyone going forward. Thank you Shoaib and Nelsons Solicitors!9. I felt compelled to write a review after Trevor Scott supported both the sale of our (now former) property, and purchase of our dream home. When we first spoke, Trevor made it clear that he would offer a service far beyond that of your standard conveyancing firm, and he wasn't wrong. We had a complex, lengthy chain and a tricky purchase to navigate. We also had a few last minute curve balls, which Trevor handled superbly and resolved quickly, attempting to minimise the stress of my wife and I. Despite this, we engaged Trevor and completed early March (which allowing two weeks where noting happened for Christmas is bloody good going!). Yes we paid a bit more money to secure Trevor's services, but I can honestly say that something in the chain would've gone wrong and our sale/purchase fallen through had it not have been for Trevor. I'd like to also thank him for dealing with my (many) meltdowns when things went wrong, and exchange dates pushed slightly to the right... Top man, Trevor - thanks again.10. As a beneficiary of a trust Nelson’s are involved with I have no confidence of them acting in the interests of any of us, but rather to enrich themselves. I would advise nobody use Helen there for their will, your descendants will pay for it dearly.11. We have used Melanie Bridgens service's on 2 seperate occasions. Both with the best outcome we could have asked for with regards our children. Melanie is very informative, listens and understood our position. She is knowledgeable and explained where we stood in a way we could understand. We would definitely recommend Melanie and if we find oursleves in the unfortunate position of needing a solicitor for our children again Melanie would be our 1st point of call. Thank you Melanie.12. Very poor experience at the start with the first solicitor assigned to our file, to the point we were looking to go elsewhere, we received little to no communication, poor response times if any at all.. We were then contacted by Sanche Tutter from the conveyance team (thankfully the first solicitor had gone on annual leave and Sanche had been passed our file) from there onwards the service was absolutely faultless, great communication throughout, always kept in contact & kept us up to date with every little detail even whilst Sanche was ill he was contacting us from home and keeping us informed with what was happening with our property purchase, We had some dealings with other members of staff in-between and unfortunately the experience was as poor as the first solicitor assigned but for Sanche’s service alone we will be leaving a 5 star review.13. Fantastic service, Sanche has been brilliant at guiding us through a stressful moving process. He communicated everything clearly and was extremely proactive throughout. Can't rate him highly enough!
