Customer feedback summary: 1. What brilliant service from Gemma Brien and Misha at Smith Partnership during our house purchase. We needed a few amendments and corrections along the way, but Gemma was always fast to get them sorted, helpful, and kept things moving. Misha and Gemma both worked hard to get everything through to completion and made sure we got there in the end. A good communication throughout was also really professional and supportive. Thank you both for helping us complete on our new home.
2. Highly recommend! Charlotte Hope has been an amazing support from the very start of my personal injury claim. Friendly, understanding and down to earth whilst providing an exceptional legal service. Outstanding communication, high standard of support. A great mix of friendly professionalism. Charlotte cut through the legal jargon, helped me understand my rights and future risks and kept me financially protected. We got the outcome we’d hoped for and I cannot thank her enough. I would highly recommend Smiths partnership solicitors.
3. Highly professional, proactive, attentive, and communicative service from Tania Douglas and Tia Aitken from the Smith Partnership Burton Upon Trent office during a leasehold apartment sale. Their expert handling of the details throughout the process really made the experience seamless, and the communication was a key factor that made the process stress-free. They were proactive and communicative and are highly recommended.
4. Warning felt it was vital to give any potential clients a fair warning that considering using this company could be there worst decision you will make if you require the correct care and professionalism for your case. I had a case handled by them that took over 4 years to complete and in the end they not only didn’t look after me. I feel like I was charged me to much for the work they did I.e there success fee for winning the case even though there wasn't anything to win. The driver took full blame and it was pritty straight forward. (Couple emails an letters)
Nearly £15,000 success fee absolute joke.
At the start was given a solicitor then he lefted... so was lefted in the hands of his secretary and she decided to take on my claim until the end. then I believe they were trying to take an extra money once I'd been paid out... then try saying they told me this and that over the phone when they never. Not very personal at all. Wouldn't recommend. Look elsewhere.
5. Absolutely fantastic conveyancing service! Completely smooth house sale with Evie and Michelle. They genuinely looked after everything for us with such care and efficiency. They communicated everything so well and kept us calm, measured and informed as we went along. We felt looked after from start to finish. I will absolutely be recommending them in the future.
