Alison Kitchman was my solicitor through my divorce, we used the Collaboration method which only involves the two parties in the divorce and their respective solicitors. You get the opportunity to not only talk to your solicitor but also your estranged partner face to face to try to come to an agreeable settlement for both of you and hopefully moving forward you can salvage a relationship of friendship. The process is definitely worth considering and although I found it frustrating at times and quite emotional it has worked for me. Allison throughout has been understanding, compassionate to both parties, friendly and very professional. I will be recommending Alison to my friends and family as finding a good solicitor can be a minefield.
